Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the performance or the original condition of your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your item for a refund or replacement. If you have any questions regarding your return please feel free to contact us. Please refer to the following conditions below:

  1. Returns must include original invoice or packing slip.
  2. We only accept returns of unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
  3. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
  4. Returns without all the contents and original packaging will be charged a handling fee.
  5. If merchandise is determined to be defective or the result of an error by us, your shipping and handling is refundable, in all other case it is a non-refundable fee. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
  6. Please allow 4weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
We require returns to be shipped via Freight Carrier, UPS, or FedEx for tracking/confirmation purposes. Please purchase insurance from your shipper. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages
